What the Consignor Summary Includes
The Consignor section in the Auction Summary gives you a full financial breakdown of consignor activity, including:
Totals by consignor
Totals by consignment order (CO)
Totals by individual item
This section helps verify payout amounts, commission accuracy, and expense deductions for each seller.
Commonly Used Consignor Reports
Report #21 – Consignor Summary
Shows commission, expenses, buyback fees, and balances due per consignor.
Report #22 – Column View by Consignor
Details lots sold, commission rates, and expense totals.
Helpful for confirming accuracy of fees and commissions.
Report #23 – Export Totals by Consignor to Excel
Saves all summary data by consignor into a spreadsheet.
Report #24 – Print Totals by Consignment Order
Lists all financials grouped by CO.
Report #25 – Export Totals by CO to Excel
Exports report #24 into spreadsheet format.
Report #26 – Print Totals by Item
Displays summary by lot/item for each consignor.
Report #27 – Export Totals by Item to Excel
Same as #26 but exported to a spreadsheet.
