Printing Lot Labels

Print barcode or standard lot labels using customizable reports, with options for label size, lot range, and auction ID display.

Step-by-Step: How to Print Lot Labels

1. Open Auction Lots

  • Click Auction Lots & Preview (610_cmd_AuctionLots).

2. Select Your Auction

  • Use the navigation buttons (901_cnt_StandardControls) to choose the auction you want to print labels for.

3. Open Report Tools

  • Click the printer icon or Reports button (902_frm_Button (Reports)).

4. Choose the Lot Label Report

Select a report based on your label type:

(others may be available depending on setup)


5. Preview or Print

  • Click Preview to review, or Print to send to your label printer.


6. Enter Lot Number Range

  • Input the desired lot number range (e.g., 1-25) and click OK.


7. Set Label Skip Count

  • Enter how many labels to skip before starting (for partially used sheets), then click OK.


8. Include Auction ID?

  • Choose Yes if youโ€™d like the Auction ID printed on each label.


โœ… Your labels are now ready to print!

๐Ÿ–จ Make sure your label printer is loaded with the correct paper type (Dymo 30256, Avery 5163, or Avery 5160).
