Overview
Auction Flex makes it easy to print professional auction catalogues using pre-built report templates. You can choose layout styles, filter by lot number, and include images and lead text formatting.
Step-by-Step: How to Print an Auction Catalogue
1. Open Auction Lots
Click Auction Lots from the Navigator or Navigator Toolbar (
610_cmd_AuctionLots).
2. Select the Auction
Use the navigation buttons (
901_cnt_StandardControls) to select the desired auction.
3. Open Reports
Click the Print Reports button from the Auction Controls section.
4. Choose a Catalogue Format
In the Report Dialogue, select from the following:

31 | 1-Column Catalogue |
55 | 2-Column Catalogue (8pt font) with Image & Bold Lead |
Other options | Available depending on your preferences |
📄 Choose based on your desired layout and whether you want images included.
Choose your print format. PDF, HTML, Paper, Preview.
5. Filter Options (Optional)
Filter Options in the catalog allow you to print separate catalogs based on Inventory Types, Lot Ranges, Qty remaining (useful when wanting a list of unsold lots with images and descriptions) or a combination of all. This filter section allows you to create a "custom" catalog from any of our base catalog options.
