Managing Bidding History and Activity

Get access to a customer’s full bidding and buying history. This includes auction participation, purchase totals, bidder scores, and more

Viewing a Customer’s Bidding History

To view bidding activity:

  1. Open the Customer Center.

  2. Search for and open the customer record.

  3. In the left-hand menu, select Auction History or Bid History.

You’ll be able to see:

  • Auctions the customer has participated in

  • Items they’ve bid on

  • Winning bids and purchase amounts

  • Payment status (if applicable)

This information is useful for reviewing buyer behavior or resolving disputes.


Understanding Lifetime Bidder Value and Score

Auction Flex tracks key buyer metrics, including:

  • Lifetime Bidder Value: Total amount the customer has spent across all auctions.

  • Bidder Score: A rating based on activity, payments, and behavior.

These fields help you identify high-value or frequent buyers and flag potential concerns.


Viewing Auction Participation

You can quickly see how active a customer is by viewing:

  • Total number of auctions attended

  • Frequency of bidding or buying

  • Average spend per auction

These insights can help with customer targeting, marketing, and risk assessment.
