🔍 What Are Global Bid Permissions?
Global Bid Permissions allow you to grant or revoke bidding access on a per-auction basis, regardless of a bidder's Permanent Bid Permission status.
Use this feature when:
A bidder is permanently declined but you want to allow them to bid in one specific auction
A bidder has pending or restricted status and you want to override it temporarily
You need to review exceptions without modifying permanent settings
