Email Reminder Settings
These automated emails are designed to boost bidder participation and reduce missed opportunities by notifying registrants before your auction begins.

Send reminders for internet absentee bidding? | Emails registered bidders 30 minutes before the first lot closes. Reminder includes auction type and close time. | Yes |
Send reminders for internet-only auctions? | Sends reminder 30 minutes before closing to all registered bidders, highlighting items they are outbid on, close time, and auction type. | Yes |
Send reminders for webcast auctions? | Sends all registered bidders a message that the webcast auction has started. This is triggered by the first clerked lot. | Yes |
Important Note on Webcast Reminders
To intentionally trigger the webcast reminder email, use a "sacrificial first lot" β a placeholder lot clerked at the start of the event to send the message at your chosen time.
