Notification Email Addresses

Navigate to:
​MyHiBid > Account Dropdown > Company Settings

This setting allows you to define up to 3 email addresses that will receive notifications from HiBid. These include:

Email addresses must be separated by semicolons:

By default, HiBid pulls the address from the Customer Account screen used during initial setup.
You can change this field to a shared inbox or dedicated email (e.g., [email protected]) to ensure the right team members receive notifications.
