Billing Overview
Our billing system is structured around a monthly renewal date. On that date each month: These charges include monthly subscription fees, online listing or bidding usage fees, and platform-related costs such as advertising and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) fees.
Your AuctionFlex software subscription and any HiBid usage fees (e.g., online listing or bidding activity) are invoiced and charged together.
If you are an AuctionFlex desktop user, your software activation key will be sent to you following a successful payment.
For more information on software activation keys, click here.
Any advertising charges (such as browser notifications or category banner ads) are billed per order at the time the order is placed.
AuctionFlex also applies a 2% GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) fee on your gross auction sales, which is included in your invoice.
You can conveniently manage and pay your HiBid and AuctionFlex invoices through the Payments Portal within your MyHiBid.com account.

Understanding Free Trials, Notifications, and Billing in AuctionFlex
AuctionFlex offers free trial periods for users to explore its functionalities before committing to a subscription. Below, we address key concerns related to free trials, notifications, billing, and actions you may need to take to manage your account effectively.
Overview of Free Trials
AuctionFlex provides a 3-day free trial for AuctionFlex360, allowing users to try the service before subscribing. Once the promotional free trial period ends, no billing will occur unless required agreements are signed, and billing preferences are set up. For longer trial periods, such as the 6-month promotional offers, you will need to complete new agreements to transition to a subscription when the trial ends. Without these agreements, the account will not be converted, and additional charges won’t apply.
Notifications and Emails Related to Free Trials
When you initiate a free trial, you may receive notifications or emails informing you of the trial’s status. These notifications are purely informational and do not imply charges. If the notification was received in error, it's essential to inform the AuctionFlex support team for quick resolution.
Billing and Subscriptions After Free Trials
If you do not intend to use the free trial, simply disregard the email or notification received, as no charges will occur. To continue using AuctionFlex services after your trial period ends, ensure that you complete the necessary agreements and set up billing preferences through the ChargeBee billing portal.
What To Do If You Encounter Issues
In cases where free trial notifications appear incorrect or unintentional, you can:
Notify the AuctionFlex support team for resolution.
Contact them via their support channels for assistance in confirming trial status.
No action is required if you do not wish to proceed with the trial.
Conclusion
By understanding these processes, you can make the most of your AuctionFlex trial periods and ensure a seamless transition to subscription plans when ready. Always take prompt action to address any concerns related to notifications or billing.
