What’s Happening
Some customers using AuctionFlex desktop (installed on their own PCs) may see an error message when trying to open the program:
“Error 1730: You do not have the required access rights.”
This started after a recent Windows update. The update changed how Windows handles certain programs, and it now asks for an administrator password that many users don’t have or don’t know.
