Creating Mobile Users for AuctionFlex Cloud

AuctionFlex Cloud includes a dedicated mobile server for cataloging and clerking. To use it, each person needs their own mobile user, a username and password you create in AuctionFlex. These are separate from the main login you use for the App Controller. Your mobile server address is supplied during account setup, and you can look it up any time with the AFM Srvr button on the upper toolbar in AuctionFlex.

Using the new AuctionFlex Cataloging App? It signs in with a my.hibid.com login and a team invite, not a mobile user. See Using the AuctionFlex Cataloging App with AuctionFlex v10 and Logging into the Workspace.

Important: Mobile users aren't workstations, so you can create as many as you need. A mobile user can sign in from any device, but only one device at a time.
