The Workspace is a new set of tools from Auction Flex 360 intended for more in-depth editing work, onboarding lots through the media gallery, scan mode, and fast-entry, and providing more complex functionality to better aid in efficiency of manifest and lot creation.
To log in to the Workspace, from the Navigator click Auction Lots & Preview Images.
Click Workspace.
You will be redirected to the Inventory Center login window. Enter your MyHiBid login credentials and click Sign In with HiBid.
You are now logged in to the Workspace.
Login Notes
Auction Flex Desktop: Your browser will remember your login credentials for future sessions.
Auction Flex Cloud: You will need to enter your credentials each time. However, most browsers will prompt you to save the login information to make future access faster.
