Ensure Items Are Marked as Not Sold
All items you want to transfer must be clerked as Not Sold in the previous auction.
Open the New Auction
In the Easy Navigator, select the new auction.
Click on Auction Lots.
Click Add Group
At the top of the Auction Lots screen, click the Add Group from List button.
Choose the Previous Auction
In the Add Group screen, select the previous auction from the dropdown menu in the lower-right corner.
Highlight the Items to Move
Use your mouse to select one or multiple items:
To select a range, click the first item, hold Shift, then click the last item.
All items in between will be selected.
Click Auto Lot Number
Press the Auto Lot Number button.
Confirm the Transfer
When prompted, click Yes to preserve the original lot numbers during the transfer.
✅ Your selected items will now appear in the new auction with the same lot numbers they had in the previous auction.
