Each month, Auction Flex sends a new activation key to ensure your software remains active and aligned with your current subscription.
How Activation Keys Are Sent
1. Monthly Billing Processed
At the start of each billing cycle, Auction Flex processes your subscription. Once billing is complete and payment is successful, a new activation key is generated for your account.
2. Activation Key Emailed Automatically
The system automatically emails the new activation key to the primary billing contact listed in your my.hibid.com account.
3. Why the Activation Key Matters
The activation key ensures your licensed version of Auction Flex remains active and accurately reflects your current subscription level, including any changes like added workstations or user seats.
How to Download the Activation Key in Auction Flex
If needed, you can manually download your activation key directly from within the Auction Flex software:
Open Auction Flex.
Navigate to:
Miscellaneous > Company Information > Update AK > Download AKAuction Flex will connect to our servers and download the most recent activation key for your account.
Helpful Tips
Make sure your computer is connected to the internet before downloading the activation key manually.
Verify that your Auction Flex username and password are entered correctly.
If you don’t receive the activation key email, check your spam or junk folder.
Keep your billing email address up to date in my.hibid.com to ensure timely delivery.
