Overview

The Export button (902_frm_Button (Export)) allows you to export your auction data into multiple formats—most commonly an Excel spreadsheet. This is especially useful for sharing data with:

  • Online auction platforms (e.g., LiveAuctioneers, Proxibid, Bidspotter)

  • Simulcast hosts

  • Print publishers

Accessing Export Tools

  • Use the Export button:

  • The export layout screen:

  • For exporting images:

Excel Column Ordering

To control how data appears in your exported spreadsheet:

  • Each field in the export list has a numbering field to the left.

  • This number defines the column position in Excel.

    • 1 = first column, 2 = second column, and so on.

🎯 Tip: Use this to customize the layout based on vendor requirements.

Exporting Images

If your export includes images:

  1. Choose the appropriate image options based on your 3rd-party vendor’s requirements.

  2. Images will be exported into the same folder as the spreadsheet.

  3. Images are automatically renamed to match the export file format.

✅ Make sure your selected format aligns with the vendor’s image naming and folder structure standards.
