Overview
The Export button (902_frm_Button (Export)
) allows you to export your auction data into multiple formats—most commonly an Excel spreadsheet. This is especially useful for sharing data with:
Online auction platforms (e.g., LiveAuctioneers, Proxibid, Bidspotter)
Simulcast hosts
Print publishers

Use the Export button:

Excel Column Ordering
To control how data appears in your exported spreadsheet:
Each field in the export list has a numbering field to the left.
This number defines the column position in Excel.
1 = first column
,2 = second column
, and so on.

Exporting Images
If your export includes images:
Choose the appropriate image options based on your 3rd-party vendor’s requirements.
Images will be exported into the same folder as the spreadsheet.
Images are automatically renamed to match the export file format.
