Add Pictures to Lot

Add images to your auction lots using drag-and-drop, a tablet camera, or import options from both Fast Entry and Detailed Entry screens.

Overview

Auction Flex offers multiple methods to add images to your lots. You can add pictures directly via Detailed Entry, Fast Entry, or by using a tablet camera with Remote Desktop.


Method 1: Add Pictures via Detailed Entry

  1. Click Auction Lots & Preview from the Navigator.

  2. Click the Detailed Entry button or double-click an existing lot.

  3. Use Go Lot# to navigate to a specific lot.

  4. Click the Images tab.

  5. Use one of the following to add images:

    • Drag and drop from a folder.

    • Use the image control buttons to browse or add.

    • On a tablet: click Add From Tablet Camera to capture and insert directly via Remote Desktop.


Method 2: Add Pictures via Fast Entry

  1. Click Auction Lots from the Navigator or Toolbar.

  2. Click Fast Entry.

  3. From the Fast Entry screen, drag and drop one or multiple images from your folder into the designated image area.


Method 3: Import Images from Lot & Preview Maintenance

  • From the Lot & Preview Maintenance screen, you can also import images using the top-right import tools.

πŸ–Ό Use this if you need to import images in bulk or update pictures for many lots at once.


Tips

  • You can attach up to 150 images per lot.

  • Make sure your images are high quality to enhance your online catalog.

  • Rename your images to align with lot numbers for bulk import tools.
