Overview
The Visi-Lotter tool in Auction Flex allows you to visually assign items from your inventory to auction lots using a drag-and-drop interface. It provides an intuitive layout, making it easy to organize and reorder lots before your sale.
How to Use Visi-Lotter
Access the Auction Lots Screen
Open Visi-Lotter
Screen Layout
Left Side: Displays all available inventory not yet allocated to an auction.
Right Side: A grid representing available lot numbers.
Assigning Inventory to Lots
Drag an inventory item from the left and drop it on the desired lot number square on the right.
Example: Drag item #9 to lot #21, and item #10 to lot #22.
Already-assigned lots will be shown with shaded squares (e.g., lots 19 and 20).
💡 You can also place items between assigned lot numbers—Auction Flex will treat these as sub-numbers (e.g., 2a, 2b).
Flattening Sub-Numbers
Once you're satisfied with the order and layout of your lots, you can click the Flatten Subnumbers checkbox at the bottom of the screen to automatically convert sub-numbered lots into standard sequential lots.
