You can define shipping availability for your entire catalog or for individual lots. This ensures that bidders on HiBid know which items are eligible for shipping before placing bids.
Overview
You can define whether shipping is offered on a catalog-wide or per-lot basis. This helps bidders understand your shipping options before placing bids on HiBid.

Selecting Your Shipping Status
Navigate to Upload Auction to HiBid.
Go to the General / Shipping & Pick Up tab.
Locate the Shipping drop-down menu — you’ll see three options:
No Shipping Offered
→ Marks all lots in the catalog as shipping not available on HiBid.Shipping Offered on All Lots
→ Marks all lots in the catalog as shipping available on HiBid.Shipping Determined by Lot
→ Allows you to set the shipping status individually for each lot rather than for the entire catalog.
Setting Shipping Status per Lot
Go to Auctions & Lots & Preview Images.
Double-click the desired lot to open it.
To mark the lot as shippable, check the box labeled Ship.
To mark the lot as non-shippable, uncheck the Ship box.
Setting Ship Status from Fast Entry
Note: Requires version 9.24.01 or higher.
You can also manage shipping status directly within the Fast Entry window.
Checked: Marks the lot as shipping available.
Unchecked: Marks the lot as shipping not available.
Pro Tip: Default Shipping Settings by Inventory Type
You can configure Inventory Types to default as either shipping offered or no shipping offered.
Go to Inventory → Inventory Types.
Edit an existing type or create a new one.
On the Inventory Type Settings screen, locate the checkbox labeled Shipping Offered:
Checked: The inventory type will default to shipping offered.
Unchecked: The inventory type will default to shipping not offered.
