Overview
The Batch Mark tool allows you to update inventory checkbox fields in bulk. This is especially useful for managing which lots are featured in your online auction catalog thumbnails.
How It Works
Choose Your Selection Method
Decide how to filter your items:
By Inventory Number
By Lot Number
Set Your Batch Options
Choose to:
Check specific fields
Uncheck them
Or leave unchanged
What Does "Featured" Mean?
The Featured checkbox is used only for online auctions hosted through Auction Flex.
The auction preview thumbnail carousel will display only items marked as featured.
If no items are marked featured, the system will include thumbnails from all lots.
