Accessing Catalog by Images
Click Auction Lots & Preview from the Navigator or Toolbar.
Click the Catalog by Images button.
Selecting Your Image Folder
In the Catalog by Images screen, click the folder selection button (
(...)) to choose the folder containing your item images.After selecting the folder, click Next Step to proceed.
Field Explanations
Field | Description |
Lot # | A unique number assigned to each item in the auction. Use the same number for multiple images of the same item. |
Source | Enter the consignor’s Customer Code to associate the lot with the correct seller. |
Quantity | The number of units being sold under this lot number. |
Inventory Type | Choose from your pre-defined inventory types (or use the default). |
Lead | The first 50 characters of the lot's description. |
Description | A full, detailed description with no character limit. |
Est. Min (Each) | The minimum pre-sale estimate per unit. |
Est. Max (Each) | The maximum pre-sale estimate per unit. |
Total Reserve | The reserve price for the entire quantity. |
Starting Bid | The minimum bid amount when the lot opens. |
Entering Multiple Lots
To enter a new lot, press the Enter or Tab key to move to the next line.
If a lot has multiple images, repeat the same Lot # on each row that corresponds to an additional image.
🖼 Example:
If Lot #1 has three images, enter 1 as the Lot # on three separate rows, each with a different image.
