Setting Location
Go to:
MyHiBid > Account Dropdown > Company Settings
Setting: Default Max Bid Limit on Approval
Purpose: Automatically applies a bid cap to newly approved bidders.
Default Value:
$1,000Use Case: Prevent unvetted bidders from placing high-value bids before being reviewed.
You can adjust this limit based on your auction type, risk tolerance, or bidder reputation policies.
