Sign into Go Global
Launch the platform and open the File Explorer window.
Open the Classic Menu
Press the Alt key on your keyboard to reveal the hidden menu bar.
Navigate to Folder Options
In the top menu, select:
Tools → Folder Options
Adjust Thumbnail Settings
Go to the View tab.
Uncheck the box labeled:
Always show icons, never thumbnails
