Monitor real-time auction performance, bidder activity, and billing-related metrics for each event.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Where to Find It

From the MyHiBid homepage, go to the Current Auctions tab.
This dashboard displays summary data for each live auction, including registrations, views, bidding activity, and projected fees.

Each metric is broken down by site of origin β€” such as HiBid.com or your white label site.

Key Metrics Explained

Metric

The origin of the registration or bid (HiBid portal, white label site, etc.)

Notes on Data Interpretation

  • HiBid vs. White Label Portals
Metrics are segmented by origin. You may see differences in bidding volume based on where users registered.

  • Registrations vs. CC Authorizations
Not all registered bidders will trigger a credit card authorization (see: Credit Card Authorizations Explained).

  • High Bid vs. Max Bid
These totals may differ significantly. Learn more here: High Bid vs. Max Bid.

  • Unique Bids
Fees are calculated based on one unique bidder per lot β€” not total bids. (See: Unique Bid Fees)
