v10 is a downloadable software upgrade for Auction Flex desktop. Once installed, it introduces the Inventory Service: a new set of capabilities providing true inventory management. The biggest shift is the concept of Items — your real, physical inventory — that exist independently of auctions, while Lots remain the event tags that place items into a specific sale. Around that foundation you get the new Workspace with multiple entry modes, configurable Item Types with custom fields, AI-powered cataloging assistance, and powerful bulk editing tools.

Less time typing, more time selling. Items you catalog once can be reused and moved between auctions instead of re-entered. Purpose-built entry modes mean you pick the fastest workflow for the job at hand — image-first in the Media Gallery, keyboard-first with Fast Entry, barcode-driven with Scan Mode, or spreadsheet-driven with Import. Improved image quality means the photos you work so hard to capture look sharper in your catalog. Bulk tools let you clean up hundreds of records in the time it used to take to fix a handful. And with mobile cataloging, your team can work in parallel from the floor or the warehouse.

Sign in to the app with your my.hibid.com credentials. One thing to know: the connection is one-way — after you upload a manifest, make all further edits in v10, as changes in v10 don't sync back to the app. Prefer the traditional Auction Flex Mobile (AFM)?
